We work with small family farms and fisheries, farmer cooperative networks, and large partners across the country, in Iowa, California, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Nebraska, Alaska, and more. We never source from concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs). We source our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef products from Australia because it has an ideal climate to support healthy grasslands where cows have access to pastured grasses their entire lives. We also offer USDA Choice pasture-raised, grain-finished beef that is born, raised, and harvested in the U.S. Our wild-caught seafood is caught off American coastlines, and we pride ourselves on having led the industry in protecting these precious natural resources. Our responsibly farmed salmon is raised off the coast of Norway and is certified by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council and Best Aquaculture Practice.

Our meat and seafood are frozen to lock in freshness and shipped with the perfect amount of dry ice, calculated by our algorithm for weather and distance, and based on 10 years of delivering frozen meat and seafood to our member's doorsteps.
