Honey & Sea Salt Ranch Steaks with Rainbow Carrots
This recipe was inspired by one of our early ButcherBox fans, who was excited to show us his favorite honey-glazed steak. Chef Yankel was skeptical at first, but this recipe proved to be worth its (sea) salt! The result is a tantalizing mix of caramelized and salty flavors, complemented perfectly by the sweetness of oven-roasted carrots. The steaks work great pan-seared too!
